Today, Per Jansson joins the document management experts at Ways. With extensive experience in IT projects driving the business, Per will contribute to the development of next generation document management. The main strength of Way’s MetaShare document management solution is that it enhances the functionality of SharePoint Online rather than having a bunch of its own solutions, says Per.
During his 25 years in the IT industry, Per Jansson has developed a broad technical competence and an ability to understand how organisational challenges can be solved with smart structures and processes.
– The longer I’ve been working, the more I’ve seen the greatness of document management. But the solution must be simple and really make everyday work easier. Perhaps the most important part is that documents are easy to find, so you can reuse material that already exists,” says Per Jansson.
Per Rolder, CEO of Ways, sees that Per has a lot to bring to the team as well as to the customers of Ways.
– Per has impressive technical skills and a flair for business development. His experience from the client side with an understanding of organisational needs and challenges is valuable to us. In addition, Per has a natural aptitude for working with all types of people,” says Per Rolder.
Per Jansson joins us from Hydac, a hydro technology company, where he was IT manager for 14 years. Prior to that, Per was responsible for IT development projects within BP.
