The expert authority, the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, PTS, was looking for a way to create order among documents, promote knowledge recycling and reduce personal dependency. The ability to integrate with existing records management, and the desire for a more open approach among employees, led to the choice of MetaShare.
Two of the Post and Telecom Authority’s (PTS) overall goals are to be a well-managed and innovative authority and one of Sweden’s best workplaces. And one strategy for this is to make greater use of the opportunities offered by digitalisation.
As part of this, the agency was looking for an innovative document management solution that would make it easier and more efficient for employees to create, collaborate, edit and version manage documents of various kinds.
